An absolute butcher. Stay clear.
Messed my back up and had to go to Charleston for a redo surgery.
He screwed up my left knee. Using a partial replacement. It failed and broke. It wasn't right from the start. He refused to fix it. He even laughed at me. I had to go to Carillon to Dr Wolf who I would recommend and their team of surgeons to get it replaced and scar tissue is so bad. Can't straiten it completely. I still walk with a limp. I trusted him. But when it came to my knee he caused me a great deal of hardship and I was in no position to deal with it. As I lived alone. Dr.McCarthy is a great Dr. he fixed my knee, after suffering in pain for ten years he resolved the problem I'm very thankful I recommend anyone to go see him.
Dr. McCarthy is my hero!! I endured knee pain for about 8 months before I made an appointment to see him. He studied the results of my MRI and his therapy choice was an injection. My knee was back to normal within two days! Dr. McCarthy was so kind and reassuring. He was very professional and explained my knee pain in terms that I could easily understand. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends! I love Dr. McCarthy!
