I bought a home from this builder in 2020. It was a larger two story tract home in north Fresno. Customer service after the sale was quite poor from my perspective. The acoustics in the home were awful. If anyone used the living room, everything could be heard loudly in the master bedroom. The carpeting on the stairs seemed to warp quickly, and there were visible seams in the upstairs hallway carpeting.
Great experience working with Gary McDonald Homes. They built a great home at a very competitive price in the market. We compared to lots of other options and this was a good one. Brian Hertel on the real estate side was particularly helpful. Great communication and he was a big part of the transaction being smooth!
