Called to have plumber come out and replace non-working disposer. David arrived and proceeded to run all the tests we had done and came to same conclusion -- " new disposer". Upon taking off old disposer he noticed a wire had come loose and fallen down inside . He reattached wire- did a test run and then proceeded to put existing disposer back in place. We really appreciate the honesty , it would have been very easy to put in new disposer and we would never have known!! Older people are often taken advantage of, nice to know... read more
