I’ve had multiple experiences with the service department at Gary Mathews Motors in Clarksville, TN, and I feel compelled to share them. I’m not here to ruin a reputation but to help others know what to expect. 1. Every visit, when I pull into the service bay, I’m never greeted. I have to hunt down staff, and they casually dismiss me to different people. It’s poor customer service. 2. Before holiday leave, I got an oil change.
