I want to thank the front office staff including Dave, Jamy, and Larry for outstanding service during the purchase of my truck, and a big thank you to Bailey, Teri, and Ryan in the service department for being very thorough and always greeting me with a smile and great attitude. It's unfortunate however, that the action of one individual can kill the vibe and cause this one star review. Marvin Landry is amazing. He was incredibly helpful and personable. I haven’t liked Gary Mathews much in the past because of a lack of customer service and personality, but he is an excellent addition to the team. I love the honesty and the personal touch he brings to an otherwise stressful situation.
