I went into the Capitol Hill location to get my hair cut and colored. The cut wasn't bad but the color was not even close. I got introduced to Manuel who was walking through and he didn't even ask how my experience was - but he sure liked to talk up how he has the best stylists. Never met an owner so full of himself.
