The Doctor is GREAT. The woman who does the Contact Fittings is GREAT. The Staff SUCKS. They are RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC and obviously extremely unprofessional. Case-in-point; I was to receive my 3rd supply of contacts & ordered ahead. I had my partner ATTEMPT to pick them up, BUT the Admin Assistant (Sarah) was about to charge her $70.00. As a State Employee (AZ) w/ great insurance, this sounded fishy. I immediately called my insurance (AVESIS) and was reassured that I was NOT responsible for material co pay.
