Drove 45 minutes from Arlington Heights up to McHenry to purchase a Telluride with a price agreed upon in writing multiple times beforehand. Spend 90 minutes in the office & test driving as well as having my credit checked…just to then be told my vehicle had already been sold and this was a different version with a price $2k higher. Completely wasted 3 hours of my time, absolutely unprofessional and infuriating to lose quality weekend time with my daughter for this waste.
