Worked with Mike Sprow at Castle Kia today. I don't think too many people honestly look forward to having to buy or lease a new car but Mike made it incredibly easy and hastle-free. I strongly recommend Castle Kia in McHenry and see add for Mike.
After I met the team at Castle, I knew that was the place to buy my new car. The team worked hard to get me in a Kia Soul I would love. It has all bells and whistles and safety features I was looking for. There was a Kia dealer closer to my home who had a similar vehicle. However when that dealer learned I was buying a car from Castle, they got mean. They insisted I come in person for my refund of the deposit. Then they kept me waiting over an hour for the check. Our experience with Castle Kia was great! From the person that answered the phone , our fantastic salesman Luis and his trainee, manager and finance. Everyone was so personable. It was a relaxing experience. No one pressured us at all. We told them what we wanted and what we were looking for. They worked with us every step of the way. I would definitely go back again and recommend to anyone. Thank you Kia Castle for making my dream come true. We love our Kia Soul EX.
