I bought a preowned Tesla from Castle. The dealership’s deluge of automated text and email communication aside, salesperson Josh at the GMC Cadillac store was prompt, professional, and thorough with outstanding follow up as he took responsibility for and helped me troubleshoot the onerous process (for both sides!) of transferring ownership of the car through Tesla. I took my Kia in to have the A/C system serviced as the blower motor was randomly cutting out and the air coming out of the vents was lukewarm. There was a stress crack in the thermal expansion valve. Both had to be replaced. The shop did a good job with my car, however they charge a $230 “Diagnostic Fee” that is NOT applied to the cost of the repair like most shops do. I wasn’t too happy about that. Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, misleading information. I would not recommend this dealership.
Jordan and his team were absolutely wonderful! They gave me the best rate possible and took care of me. Don’t hesitate to work with them.
What could have been a stressful repair was made fast and easy by Castle Kia, especially advisor JR. I was given regular updates and all of my questions answered thoroughly. Very pleased with my experience!
