I purchased a 2021 Chevy Malibu from Gary Lang in January of 2021.After driving the car for 7200 miles, the transmission was no good. I wanted to have the car towed to Gary Lang for repairs but they would not give me a loaner. I find it VERY POOR SERVICE to refuse a customer a loaner for repairs that would probably take several weeks to get fixed.
RecommendedMy father in law is on hospice and bedridden. When I stopped and chatted with him today he stated he wanted to buy a new convertible camero so he can go on a road trip. (Unrealistic, due to the fact he can not even stand on his own) so leaving his house I started thinking what would make him smile? We saw a price for a 2018 Chevy Spark on their website. When we went in today for a test drive we liked the car but had others in mind. We got the usual, how about if we give you a crazy price? Well the price was good but not quite crazy. Jesse went back and talked to his boss and they crushed it. Pretty much forced us to buy the car.
Overall, a good experience. A few bumps here and there. We dealt with two salesmen from beginning to end. My husband is quite old-fashioned and they were both great throughout the experience. A shoutout to Levi! He ended up with us most of the time and was extremely friendly and professional.

All people were helpful in the car buying process. Our salesman David Schuch was very friendly and family oriented. Big shoutout to Jake for helping us the first night we stopped by he was so knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction to buy a car.
We went in with an open mind today, knowing our options would be limited. Ricardo was AMAZING. He didn’t try to put us into a vehicle that was over our budget just to make a sale. He put us into a sensible payment on a used vehicle that was exactly what we wanted. PLUS the payment we were quoted was the payment in the end AND included Gap insurance up front. It wasn’t an add-on. We will be back to talk to him for any future purchases, and will be sure to tell our friends and family as well!
Ricardo made our 1st time buying a new vehicle a breeze. I would say go in and see him if you are looking to buy. Everyone there were so friendly and made our experience so much fun.
