A complete failure of management. Took 110 days for them to deliver registration and plates so we had to drive around on an expired temp tag for weeks. I'm still owed a second key for the car that they lost right before delivery. Broken promise after broken promise for four months now. Never a return phone call despite many promises. Salesman has tried to help but managers never follow through. Buy somewhere else!
Our guy John and matt were awesome to deal with. Smooth not like others pulling teeth. Over knowledgeable at times with all questions that helped out in good ways.
Chris always takes good care of me, and he got me in and out quickly for an oil change and tire replacement. Pricing was good, and waiting area very comfortable. Only negative is they've starting charging a 3% credit card fee.
Joe, my service advisor was nice. However after the work was done on my car I noticed scratches on my car. I brought this to Joe's attention and he took the car back and tried to buff the scratches out...it didn't help. He told me the general manager would review the security footage and call me back..nobody called me. I don't appreciate being told someone will call me and they don't. Guess I need to find a new Cadillac dealership to take my car to in the future.
