Purchased a used 2022 Tahoe from Max and this dealer was by far the best dealer I have visited in a long time. I traveled about an hour to get there late one evening. The Tahoe was for my wife, but she couldn't be there that night. Max encouraged me to drive it home for my wife to drive and he would pick it up from us rhe next day. What a great place to come to make your dreams come true when picking a vehicle.
Normally my auto Butler appointments have taken 60 to 90 minutes. This visit took over two hours. I travel 1.25 hours to your facility. My time is precious to me. I do not understand why the visit took so long this time. In the last four years, it has never taken that long. Not happy.
