I was looking at vehicles outside and no one approached me. I went into the lobby and wasted 20 minutes at the front desk. Sales people were chatting on the side. The only time I got approached was when someone asked me if I knew where the 3 trucks were for transport. I understand things get busy, but a simple acknowledgement and communication would have been appreciated.

Purchased a GMC Canyon about 30 days ago. My wife and I drove from out of state to pick up this specific vehicle. I’ve yet to receive my title. Why is it so hard to get an honest answer about this? Why is my wife told one date and I get told something different. You guys got my money already, can you at least be honest with me when I call for the status of something?

I brought my Cadillac Escalade in for an air bag recall today. I had to wait a week for the appointment and they verified they had the part at the time the appointment was made. I waited 1 1/2 hours in the service waiting room thinking it was about done and they came in and told me they didn’t have the part. Then they expected me to go stand in another line to sign a zero dollar invoice. Needless to say, I wasn’t going to let them waste anymore of my time and I just left. I will never go back there again.
