Chris in service, got my issue taken care of quickly and back to work
Made appointment a week ago for oil change. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. After an hour of waiting the technician told me that they are currently working on it and will be done soon. Waited another 45 minutes, now 2 hours for an oil change I went to the technician asking about my vehicle and told me that they had the wrong oil filter and needed to go out and get one. Now told me they have the right one and are installing it. WHY didn’t they tell me this?? Now over 2 hours and still waiting.. very disappointed in ... read more
