I had an excellent first-time experience at Castle! Eva was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making the entire buying process quick and stress-free. Our family bought a 2024 Chevy Suburban in December of ‘24 and had such a great experience that that was what made me choose to go back to Eric specifically. And without a doubt, my car buying experience was great yet again! Love my new 2026 GMC Acadia. Eric is a good person and salesman! Wish him continued success in his career. & Jerry!!! So cool not only seeing him at the dealership but working with him to make the deal happen. He is a tiktok star & it was so fun meeting him in person.
My gear cable got detached and only needed to be attached back, but Chris told me they needed to replace the entire cable with a new one. I asked them why and Chris told me it was broken so I asked him to put the old cable in my car so I can inspect it. When I got my car back I got the old cable which clearly shows someone had cut it on purpose and billed me $1300 instead of $300. The cut is shinning new and can be seen in the picture bellow.
