Luckily, ,we have been blessed and havent had to use him very much, ie very few claims, but with that said anytime we have needed him he has always treated us very professionally. What makes his office top notch is not just him, but he has surrounded himself with great employees who care about his customers as much as he does.
My husband and I are very happy with Gary and his staff .... they saved us almost $500 a year on home and auto!!
