I thought Ostrow was great! He was very knowledgeable and was open to answer all my questions. He even provided me with a note pad and ped to write down his answers.The staff was great emailing me the paper work that a new patient has to fill out in advance to make sure that my first visit was okay. I like that he does interactive medicine and will not limit my treatment to just one modality. I look forward to continue working with him to get better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
