Stay Away! This doctor nearly killed my father! Prescribe a a long lasting Insulin without prescribing blood sugar monitoring or telling him to check sugar. He nearly went into a diabetic coma. 4 days later in hospital every doctor there was shocked to know what this so called doctor had prescribed. Super out of touch with patients. 1 star for being courteous and being in business for a long time.

Horrible! My father received lab results in the mail for another patient. When we called to inform the office, they were dismissive. Even after him saying this is a HIPPA violation, they avoided the issue. Two weeks later we still haven’t received his bloodwork results. Avoid avoid avoid. So many issues! This was one of many.

I am glad that the doctor tests for vitamin deficiencies but he had his assistant call me to tell me that everything was normal when in fact it wasn’t. I blame the doctor for not informing me that B12 was low. I found this out after I switched doctors and she got the results. Now I have nerve damage that is noticeable in my fingers, hands and arms. A B12 supplement was unfortunately too late to help. Now I have numbness and tingling.

Dr. Kobayashi is decent. He doesn't have a tight reign on the office staff. They are unorganized and they can be rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this office if you are use to caring and kindness (or at least faking it). They make errors and will act like its your fault.They will make you feel like as if you don't matter. The worst I have ever experienced in my life !
