The service, staff and work are incredible!!! We were leaving for a road trip but got a flat tire. Gary and his team got us in ASAP, fixed the issue and set us on our way in less than 30 minutes. Just wanted to give a shout-out to Chuck at Gary Knurek Good Year in Troy. We had an expensive repair that they found. We asked if there was a chance our extended warranty might cover that and he said it might, and even called the dealer with our VIN number and found out that it was indeed covered. He went out of his way to save us hundreds of dollars (near $1,000!) and sent us elsewhere. Thank you, Chuck and Gary Knurek Good Year!
