I walked in to see if Gary K could fix my watch. It turns out I stretched one of the links upon inspection and possibly needed a pin replacement. However, J was able to snap everything back into place like nothing ever happened! While they don’t specialize in pin replacements etc my associate still did what they could to fix my issue! Did not have a positive experience. Went in to check the size of a ring I had. After the size was confirmed I asked about resizing. She told me they did do that but only worked on gold... Implying my ring wasn't, which it is in fact 14k white gold. As she unlocked the door to let me out she asked if the ring was a CZ. While the diamond was lab grown, I have the appraisal on it and it is far from a CZ. Very condescending to a potential customer.
