I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people behind it. After my grandmother passed away I knew I wanted to do something special with her jewelry but had no idea where to start. Her wedding set wasn’t huge or extravagant but it is important to me. I took her engagement ring and band to Gary K. They quickly helped me through all of the options. Amazing staff. Very helpful. She explained that most of their items can be customized. And the website lets you play a little to customize.
I walked in to see if Gary K could fix my watch. It turns out I stretched one of the links upon inspection and possibly needed a pin replacement. However, J was able to snap everything back into place like nothing ever happened! While they don’t specialize in pin replacements etc my associate still did what they could to fix my issue!
