Always wonderful service!!
They installed a new Rinnai heater in March of last year. It never worked correctly. When I contacted them this fall, about the on going problem, they said they'd have to charge me a service call. Heater runs all the time. I've used up all my heat assistance. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THESE INCOMPETENTS

Got a same day fix to our heat pump that had been a problem for 4 YEARS. I wish I had called sooner because the company that did the install was totally useless for the past 4 years. So much of my life wasted calling to have no one take me seriously.
