I had a great experience with this company last summer when I found out my AC wasn’t working during the first heatwave of the season. Even though I wasn’t an existing customer, they had a technician out first thing the next morning and had it up and running by that afternoon despite some significant obstacles. Couldn’t have asked for better service

They installed a new Rinnai heater in March of last year. It never worked correctly. When I contacted them this fall, about the on going problem, they said they'd have to charge me a service call. Heater runs all the time. I've used up all my heat assistance. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THESE INCOMPETENTS
