I have been using Gary Jackson Heating Services for 13 years and have always been extremely pleased. Service is always prompt and friendly no matter the circumstances or day of the week.
I had a great experience with this company last summer when I found out my AC wasn’t working during the first heatwave of the season. Even though I wasn’t an existing customer, they had a technician out first thing the next morning and had it up and running by that afternoon despite some significant obstacles. Couldn’t have asked for better service

They installed a new Rinnai heater in March of last year. It never worked correctly. When I contacted them this fall, about the on going problem, they said they'd have to charge me a service call. Heater runs all the time. I've used up all my heat assistance. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THESE INCOMPETENTS
