(Beaver Falls-Pa) Have been a Vision Care/ Myeyedr customer for over 35 yrs. place has changed a little. But still looks great! Was treated well thru the whole process. Dr. Adam Morrow was great and very helpful, very informative gives you alot of options and up to date on the modern tech. I must say Paris gave me luv on the Shaquille O'neal frames, they look great on the brothaaa!! I highly recommend these frames for the wider face person!!! Thank guys for the eye luv.
I have always had a professional and timely appointment with My Eye Doctor. I came in with a emergency today and Kyria in the back was super helpful and informative and set me up for a appointment after I had missed mine. Great customer service!
Staff was courteous but i feel that i sort of was cheated.After the eye exam and all i went to pay for my contacts.The lady told me that my insurance would only pay for 2 boxes for EITHER MY LEFT OR RIGHT EYE.Now does that even seem plausible to anybody?
Dr. Havranek and his staff are great. So helpful and great hours. He is super knowledgeable and I completely trust him. I literally try on dozens of glasses because I am so picky. His staff is so patient and they give me honest feedback, which I so appreciate!
