Best Insurance company we have ever had the pleasure to work with! Always friendly & helpful in many years of challenges including a serious Hail Storm! I have been with Gary since 2005 or 2006. Always get great service and questions answered quickly. Tim and new staff have been helpful and friendly whenever I stop in or call.
We were with Bach agency over 7 years(at $2,200 car and home per year) with Gary and Jamie. We received a letter stating Tim Hall was taking over. At that point should have found different agency but did not. In January we were in a bike car accident with the driver of the car at fault. This happened in Florida a no fault state.
