He needs some education in property lines! My husband and I own property that is next too the property he sold. When we called him regarding him having a picture posted of our property, he said that where the property line is, is the sellers word against mine. Well, after paying $1,200 to get a survey done, he finally believed me in where the property line is. I found out that the property line was well established in the 1960s.
Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful. He supplied names of companies and people who could help get the condo ready to sell. He was very kind and patient helping me through each step of the sale.
We worked with him for the sale and purchase of a few homes and Gary has been great to work with. He was always on time and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a dependable realtor, he is it! I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling.
