I was in major pain and though my appointment was for the next day, I called and the amazing Jennifer answered and got me there right away. Dr. Sakai was very friendly and took great care in helping me clean out the fillings in my broken tooth. The staff here is friendly and professional. I am glad I found him on my insurance list, he and his past partner Dr. James Yamamoto were my family dentists when I was a teen till I moved after college.
Dr. Sakai was my dentist for 5 yrs. A week ago I got a letter with threatening words highlighted saying I owed close to 4000 dollars and that I'd be sent to a credit agency. I had an appt. a month ago and I was never told I owed. Five years & I was never late to pay when I knew I owed, but my insurance usually pays. He was an ok dentist but he is responsible to make sure his staff collects bills professionally.
