Gary is a profoundly knowledgeable practitioner who provides immediate relief to whatever ailment, injury, or self-help reason brought you to him. He will make you comfortable in a very hands-on session, where he listens to tension in your body through careful tension release strategies with his elbows and knuckles. I am a 70 year old guy who is active and healthy. Last Christmas I got a gift card from my kids for a session of Rolfing. I had no idea what Rolfing was so I started to read. Gary stays very present with your body throughout the session. He guides you through different gentle movements as well as subtle awareness’s of holding patterns etc. during the session. This really helps support your body and system relaxing and releasing further then I have experienced with other practitioners. He has greatly helped me for some years now maintain my body and has been amazing at supporting me healing through multiple injuries. THANK YOU 🙏🏼
After PT and chiropractic were not giving me results I turned to rolfing and I’m so glad I did. Gary has really helped me with my chronic pain. I did a 10 series and looked forward to it every week knowing I would leave feeling amazing and more aware of my body. I highly recommend working with Gary he’s a gifted healer and a wonderful human.
