I am with Gary Gilcrest. They just ripped us off after dropping some coverage over the phone and they did not put it through to the carrier. They said they ALWAYS take notes and since no notes to bad for us. Billed 6 months for full coverage on a golf cart that was sitting locked up inside our home. Basically called us liars. We even had the call log for the days we called to change coverage. Stay away from this agent!
