My family had some sessions with Gary when we were in the midst of a divorce. We found him to be calm and grounded, and a very encouraging and supportive listener. He was able to draw out thoughts and feelings from all of us, and then reflected back what he had heard. This process showed us how we all had very different ways of attempting to cope with the situation; and this realization helped us move forward. From our experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Gary.

Gary is an amazing therapist, he is a very compassionate, trustworthy, down to earth, professional, who works at your pace. He is helping me work through past traumas. Also helping me work through family issues. As well as teaching me how to cope with mental health issues. I would recommend Gary to anyone.
