This in no way reflects on Dr Frick as he may not even be aware. This is the worst run office I've ever seen. Totally incompetent. They'd rather you run out of meds and end up at the ER in withdrawal. I don't have Medicaid anymore. So, I would have to pay 20 percent just to get another RX. I looked up Florida records for Psychiatric care. Florida is between 42-45 out of 50 and it shows. Moved here permanently after 50 plus years of absolutely brutal New England winters. It’s as if he disappeared! I called and left messages on every extension and sent faxes and it’s as if he just got up and left. He gave no patient a heads up which would have been the proper thing to do. Now patients that NEED medication renewals with the danger of withdrawal symptoms are scrambling for a new psychiatrist, including me! I did find one that treats you through video conference. If I could give the front office a negative star I would. Where to begin with this place. First off, they do not answer their phones. I thought I was just having bad luck until I witnessed on multiple accounts while sitting in the waiting room that others would drive in and physically walk in and make the same statement "You don't answer your phone, so here I am." Pains for me to make this review, but I’ve had this company as my psychiatry for almost a year now in the beginning it was great Office staff seem to do a lot for the patient and of course April she is amazing but after through the year, realizing multiple times further and further, they do not call you back. I’ve switched over to Dr On Demand, which is a way better solution. At way cheaper price. I don’t think they realize the pain and frustration they cause their patients. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for over a month. I’m self-pay so it really hurts. They take your money (almost $400 for the visit) and then they just don’t answer or call you back. They prescribed medicine that I haven’t been able to get and it’s been over a month. And the medicine is very much needed.
