I had ran out of medication. It was my fault caused I missed my appointment. I went there 3 times and asked for medication till my next appointment and got no response and no call back when I was promised both. In the end I got my medication from my primary. He saw me as an emergency. They just see you and give you the medication you ask for. The wait time is much longer than the appointment.

I am always a high strong person and I got to go in and I met April with when I walked in I was super anxious, April actually listened to me which in the last 10 years with Florida healthcare I have not been able to get somebody to hear what I’m saying look into what I’m saying and talk to me instead of down to me I did not feel like a patient, I felt like one of their friends or family. I have called the office 5 times and no one is answering ! Are your phones off ? I have left 5 messages to the front desk, the office manager, back desk , scheduler, and have not received a response ! Today I just called the front desk and talked to a young man, no help from him, said he doesnt know if they can SEND paper work for lab tests in the mail ? Warning! Dr. Frick is NOT responsive to calls, faxes, letters, or messages INCLUDING AN EMERGENCY! He carelessly prescribes medication without reading hospital discharge papers and letters of concern from family. My family member has been brought to the ER due to his negligence of overmedicating. I would never recommend his services to anyone.
