Friend put offer on house. This agent is supposed to get back within 24 hrs. No notice but then house was pending sale. This guy plays games.
He purposely listed a home a 100k under what he was going to ask to gain attention. After 20 people drove to the home to view it he raised the price. Some people drove five or six hours to view it. He also didn’t take the time to even put a sign in the yard. He instead called a local agent to enlist them to show the home for him and offered them nothing. He is taking advantage of everyone.
