Customer service is excellent. Women who go in to buy or get their own car serviced are not always treated with respect at any car dealership, but this has never been my experience here. I worked with Al Kaelin in sales, and also have since had great experiences with Yolanda, Lisa, Aaron, Josh, and Tucker. You’re treated as well when you’re shopping for a car as when you need an oil change or a nail out of your tire.
High quality service from knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend coming here for any vehicle issues. I’ve even come here for service on non-Honda vehicles and had great results.
