Bought a used car here 2 months ago, somewhere in their processing of the car, the back brakes were overlooked and needed new ones. But when I brought it in, the service manager agreed this should have been done and now I'm getting my brakes done for free. Booking a service is fairly straight forward. Will they be ready to service your vehicle at the specified time? Eh, probably not, but we all know this, right? Humans are doing the work. Humans take days off. Humans fall behind. Gotta be a little flexible here. Make sure you have time to wait if you don't have a ride. The good: The shop knows these vehicles and you don't have to worry about them not knowing what they're doing. They keep your vehicle clean and they check for recalls and whatnot while they have it. Customer service is excellent. Women who go in to buy or get their own car serviced are not always treated with respect at any car dealership, but this has never been my experience here. I worked with Al Kaelin in sales, and also have since had great experiences with Yolanda, Lisa, Aaron, Josh, and Tucker. You’re treated as well when you’re shopping for a car as when you need an oil change or a nail out of your tire.
High quality service from knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend coming here for any vehicle issues. I’ve even come here for service on non-Honda vehicles and had great results.
