I was a patient from 1996-2022 26yrs. When I met him I had already had 3 ENT's try and fix my problems and at no avail. When I met Dr. Moore he looked at me and in like minutes maybe 2 he told me what was wrong, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He also told me I would most likely be deaf by 40. I was nervous but he hugged me and said he would do his best. Little did I know that what I was to go through was horrific. Dr moore did my surgery in 2021 he did good with me , he would call me back I was going down from south dakota, he was very professional with me I had ear surgery from a rare disease, he fixed what other Dr's messed up in sioux falls sd , I wish I could find him again. To do the next one now .. sad but he was the best dr I met that cared about my health and well being I'd recommend him to everyone , if he didn't retire .
He never showed up for his appointment. I sat there for a half hour waiting. A nurse came in and told me I needed to leave. Dr. Moore decided to take the rest of the day off and could not bother to tell his patients. So I never got to see him. After reading other reviews on this site. I think he needs to retire.
Had an inner ear disorder (he did not find- just referred to him) I waited at least an hour to be seen by him only to have him for maybe 5 minutes. I think I timed it once and it was a minute that he came in and then left. Sad. When I would bring up other issues he would tell me that wasn't his issue of dealing with. He did a surgery on my inner ear in February 2019 and I didn't even see him before the surgery!
Terrible bedside manner, 5 minutes for a diagnosis and recommendation for a major brain surgery. I saw his PA before and she was way better and more thorough. His service is unacceptable. Not recommending to anyone.
Extremely disappointed with Dr. Moore. I have been his patient for 20 years. He changed my initial diagnosis based on results from one recent test at my last visit - with about a 5 minute explanation. I called his office to leave a message for him to call me back because I had questions about the diagnosis and continuing on medication I have taken for 20 years. His staff told me “Dr. Moore does not return calls to patients.” This is unacceptable.
I agree with all the negative reviews. Do your research before you decide to use this office. Patient care clearly is not a top priority. I would rate zero stars, but the system forces you to select at least 1 star. The positive reviews must be from friends and family members.
I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. What he says and what he does are two different things. He clearly is not interested in resolving disputes either.
When you say you are a ent specialist than you should be able to treat a birth defect. I would not recommend this dr the care you receive is horrible
