I wanted to share my updated experience with care I am receiving from Dr Esses. My care continues to be outstanding and he and his staff have helped me so much.
I was referred to Dr Esses for a variety of joint difficulties. I thought the best outcome could only be preventing worsening of my level of function. I am so very grateful and pleased that while still under treatment Dr Esses and the staff have helped me markedly. I had a terrible experience with this office and the entire Mount Sinai Network. If you are looking for a practice that cannot be reached during business hours this is your place. If you are looking for an office that will deal with your pain by using an answering service and have no recourse for reaching a doctor or any of his staff you have found the place. No personal care or touch to be found.
I recently visited Dr Esses for terrible shoulder pain. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the front desk staff. When I met Dr Esses, he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! He listened carefully to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions to better understand my condition. Dr. Esses is a wonderful doctor. He is professional, courteous, and has a genuine concern for his patients. His approach to pain management has definitely helped me manage my pain better and has improved my quality of life.
