Awful service and try to increase premium over 20% with the ridiculous reason to an assumed loyalty customer of them over 3 years. The agents I got from their land line are all unprofessional. They committed Gary will call me back about my inquiry within 24hrs as the working level agent can not give the right answer but never happened and, i still get the bill from them now even though they confirmed my cancellation one month ago. Maybe the State Farm is a good company but not this agent site.
Will never switch insurance agencies! This office has the best service, always friendly, always happy to talk with me as if my issues are the only thing that they are working on.
