My son is disabled and also has Diabetes. This doctor can relate and is thorough and takes his time with his patients. It's very hard to get my son to laugh especially a doctor when he doesn't want to be there but Dr. Smith makes him smile and laugh. He is great!
He's a very through Dr. Optimoloist! Very affordable too!
