No longer in Coral Springs - now at Vision Works in in Pompano (seeing his reviews I'm not surprised). I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to see him. He was rude and made us feel as if we were wasting his time. He couldn't be bothered to explain to us what was going on. I feel sorry for the little girl at the front desk that deals with phones and complaints. Asked to talk the office manager Natalea, she would not get on the phone and told me to make an appointment. Made the appointment and met someone that was dealing with the same issue of unprofessionalism. Dr Garberville is a complete joke. Just look at his reviews on all sites. I have been going to Dr. Goberville for about 20 years now and I will never go back to him again. I have been waiting a month and a half now and still they do not have my glasses in. Trying to blame supply chain issues due to Covid when all the supply chain issues have been pretty much remedied at this point. I have been calling every week and being told "hopefully by the middle of next week". No one looks like they enjoy their jobs there and so much turnover of employees, makes you wonder what truly is going on.

What a JOKE of an Optometrist!!! No one in the office knows what’s going on! 4 months and still waiting on my already paid for contacts! Idiots, all of them!
Dr. Goberville is not a very friendly person and rushes you through the eye exam. Also,my husband and I ordered a pair of glasses each and were told they'd be ready in about 3 weeks.As of today,a month later,we still have not received the glasses;have called twice;have gotten different versions of why they're not ready yet and have been told that maybe by the end of the next week,they'll be ready.In other words.no one knows when they'll be ready. Needless to say,we don't recommend this Dr. nor his business at all.
Altogether I was there about 2.5 hrs. It took 6 weeks to get my glasses. They are waiting on the Lens. Did I say six weeks. Every week I call and I get all sorts of lies. My insurance called and could not get any truthful information . They are so used to lying to cover up their incompetence that they can’t even keep track of the lies. I had to order glasses elsewhere while I waited and that took less than 2 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks they made it seem like it is normal .I began to wonder if this was a scam . I want to love this place because its close to home but there are just too many bad things happening lately. Dr G seems very knowledgeable but he almost seems annoyed to see you (and you're the one who just waited over an hour past your scheduled appointment when he unapologetically strolls in without even giving eye contact). The office is outdated, torn chairs, dirty carpet and so much clutter in every corner. I want to commend the office manager, Tina for going above and beyond and getting my daughters contact to her on a weekend. Tina dropped them off on her way home from the office. She is a huge asset to the office which otherwise is run very poorly. Thank you Tina!!!!!
