Been a favorite of our 4 generations for 20+ years. Tasty entrees, beautiful presentation, understated decor and environment, attentive service. Gary's is the standard we compare to. I've never had a bad entree,meal or dining experience there.
I went there last night in Santa Rosa, CA with seven other ladies. The prices were good, the food was fair, the wait staff was downright rude! Avoid this dump, if you can.
We love Gary Chu's and go there whenever we are vacationing in Santa Rosa. The eggplant with spicy bean sauce is great. The rib-eye wrapped asparagus is a "must get". The sauteed chicken with fresh mango is delicious. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with subtle lighting and a serene atmosphere. They are open late enough to have a late dinner after taking in a movie.
Always a good meal fast service , we love it and get cards at cosco, to save money or give them away as gifts. Can't wait to go back.
Love this place. Great price for the exceptional quality you get. We get gift cards 20% off at Costco and get an even greater deal! The food is delish and presentation is beautiful!
