Dr Bessette has been my Dr for approximately 26 yrs. He did my knee replacement and has treated me for numerous problems. He is an excellent Dr and surgeon. He listens and takes his time. I couldn't ask for a better Dr and he'll be missed tremendously not being my Dr anymore because of his retirement.
Recently had my second major knee surgery with Dr. Gary Bessette and could not be more impressed with his knowledge, genuine patient care and humanity. I would recommend Dr Bessette to anyone who needs knee surgery without a second thought. You feel as if you are his only patient and he never makes you feel rushed or as if your concerns are not valid. I had ACL reconstruction one week ago along with additional arthroscopic work. I had right knee pain for months and Dr. Bessette drained the fluid out and gave me cortisone...took 10 minutes and 2 days later my pain is 100% gone...Doctor & staff are excellent...I highly recommend.
Dr. Bessette, and the staff are always courteous, professional and great at what they do. Dr. Bessette always lets me know exactly what's going on and I trust him completely. He's reconstructed my left knee and replaced my right. In addition, he repaired the torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. The surgeries went flawlessly and my repaired parts are all performing well! I've been treated with kindness and respect by the staff at all times! Couldn't recommend them more highly.
