I do ******************* before hiring any contractor. This company is simply excellent. Very professional and courteous about keeping my property clean every step of the way. We communicated through email which was convenient. Once I received the quote, it was simple and easy to approve the work to complete my small projects (replace a chimney crown, remove an old milk chute and replace deteriorating bricks). I hired **** and his team to rebuild my brick front porch and will be calling him whenever I need some more work done. His pricing was fair (same as quoted *****), communication was great, and they even got to my project a week earlier than he originally thought. On top of it, he even patched another crack I had on my garage at no charge. When they left they hauled away all extra debris and swept the entire area clean. I really can't recommend him enough.
Weve contracted with them twice for masonry work and would hire again. **** is responsive, dependable, and does quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

I found Gary Briggs Contracting company to be very friendly, thoughtful, courteous and concerned. Their response time showed the companys promptness and dependability.Two old handrails were removed and saved to be reinstalled later for stability. They reset them using new anchors to make them secure. The company removed my old crumbly steps and hauled them away. The area behind the old steps was badly deteriorated. Gary does excellent work and provides prompt, courteous responses. I appreciated being informed of my project's status and that he was able to complete the work around the time he initially estimated. Gary removed the concrete steps and risers that were attached to the front porch and installed new precast steps and risers. The old steps had about an inch gap around them but he assured me the new ones would be flush with the porch. The new steps are expertly attached and look like they'll last for years to come.
