Dr. Botstein kept my rheumatoid arthritis under control with minimal progression for over 15 years. All of my visits there were very good ones. Dr. Botstein is thorough and precise on all visits. He pays attention to what you say and is meticulous at getting all your symptoms correct for the diagnosis. He doesn't miss a thing. His office staff is kind and caring and willing to help in anyway you may need. Unfortunately, he is retiring in the near future.

I was recommended to Dr Botstein by a physician friend to investigate an ongoing chronic pain issue. He initially seemed engaged and got me started with labs and prescribed medication. But he was much less interested on follow up appointments, which he definitely rushed me through. I had problems on the medications which I reported to his office, but he didn't follow up with concern or instructions. I had an episode of extreme pain and he recommended going to the Emory emergency room. He never followed up with me about that,... read more

Dr. Botstein is very knowledgeable. However, my experience has been that he has become very rude to me, sarcastic, and disinterested in treating me over time. After seeing him for years, I am now seeking another doctor due to his poor disposition. I no longer feel comfortable being his patient because of how he treats me. I always leave his office feeling somewhat emotionally scarred. Being a great doctor not only means being book smart, but also being a people person as well. Very disappointed.

My condition greatly improved under Dr. Bostein's care. I never had an overly long wait time over the two years as a patient. The good doctor does have a dry sense of humor. Which I actually found to be funny. I appreciate a direct and matter of fact approach. I'd certainly.continue to visit this practice

Great doctor! Dr. Botstein is very knowledgeable. He partners with me to ensure I get the best treatment that fit me and my lifestyle. He listens to my concerns and take them into consideration when making recommendations. Some times Dr. Botstein can be stern, but it's because he cares. Dr. Botstein is a well recognized and respected doctor in the community. Therefore, it's not surprising he has A LOT of patients. A lot of patients means increased wait times. However, if you get the first appointment of the day and the first... read more
