My son had an appointment to get his cast fixed. It broke and the plaster is cutting up his arm badly. We waited 5 days for an appointment only to get a call morning of telling us he’s canceling because he’s going to the thunder parade, so that trumps my kids pain and skin integrity. The nurse has the personality of a pit bull. She said “well I can just cut off the cast and put him in a sling until we can get you back in in a few days”. You aren’t a priority here. Go someplace else !!

THIS DOCTOR IS AWFUL!!!!

I am myself a physician with over 30 years experience. I was appalled by his unprofessional behavior towards my relative and our family. While on call for Integris Hospital he kept my elderly relative waiting for hours to see if her x-rays/CT indicated a need for surgery. This resulted in her having no food or drink for nearly 10 hours. When he finally met with my relative just short of 24 hours after her admission he was condescending, callous and dismissive of her intense pain.

I had a good experience. Dr Anderson was very professional and complete on his exams and explaining my options

Main complaint would be with the big blonde bitc* at the main check in. Why would you have a person with no people skills working the front desk? Rude best describes her. Then you walk down east to the check in window and wow! This lady is awesome! Makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

Extremely dissatisfied. My 4 yr old broke her arm 3 days prior and we were instructed to follow up for casting today. Fortunately they squeezed us in. We arrived 25 min early, then continued to wait for a total of 2.5 hrs until we saw the MD. Dr Gary Anderson did not have a child bedside manner, started out by pinching finger hard enough for her to cry, then continued to arrange sling without walking her through any of it. She was traumatized, I would not recommend him for a child.
