Poor experience selling a house under Gary and Raisa last year. Initially, they gave off a good impression. However, eventually it became blatant that they were far from committed in assisting us and regularly unresponsive. By a fortunate stroke of serendipity, the house sold within a month, but directly a result of our own efforts rather than theirs. NOT recommended.

Raisa and I have been selling homes in Woodland Hills for 30 plus years. I noticed this post today from someone that I have never heard of, never worked with, nor would ever want to work with. My guess it is an agent that we might compete with in our Woodland Hills farm area. All I can say is, shame on them. With over 1850 homes sold over the years in Woodland Hills, often to the same clients 2, 3 and 4 times we must be doing something right. Very sad that someone would stoop that this!!!
