David came and serviced our air conditioner and told us we needed a new thermostat. The last guy we had (from another company) said we needed a whole new system for $15,000!! I am so appreciative of Gary Air and their honest, prompt service. It is an answer to prayer.
I had a new air conditioning unit installed in March. It failed inspection 3 times, and has caused a flood in my home twice. I've left more than a dozen phone messages for Gary to call me to see how we can amicably resolve this matter (I spent over $5300 for a new unit that is neither reliable nor efficient). However, he has refused to return my call. This was one of the biggest home "improvement" mistakes I've made. There are a lot of A/C companies out there, I wish I had gone with any of the others.
