Very poor quality services. Mr. Bob has been calling me for about 2 years offering their services. When my AC broke, I called for help. A technician came and said that evaporator coil is old and a valve is broken. Then I got a home warranty and they wanted another visit so I had them come again. 2nd guy only mentioned a coil that's old, but didn't find anything broken. 2nd guy didn't charge me money even though I asked to pay, then I called their office and mentioned payment, they didn't charge me again. Gary Air was more than i expected. I have been in Sarasota for over thirty years and had plenty of contractors do personal jobs and jobs at my local commercial business. Gary Air was on time and very professional . They did a great job and finished before the time estimated. Want to be happy ? Hire Gary Air and you will be happy.
I had a new air conditioning unit installed in March. It failed inspection 3 times, and has caused a flood in my home twice. I've left more than a dozen phone messages for Gary to call me to see how we can amicably resolve this matter (I spent over $5300 for a new unit that is neither reliable nor efficient). However, he has refused to return my call. This was one of the biggest home "improvement" mistakes I've made. There are a lot of A/C companies out there, I wish I had gone with any of the others.
Our AC unit broke on a Sunday and they were able to come out and look at it within a few hours. Unfortunately the unit was 15 years old and we needed a new one. They were able to replace it within 24 hours! The service techs were knowledgeable and very nice! Can't recommend this company enough!
Exceptional, profession service. Received calls prior to and post service to check on us and service. Pricing was up front. No surprises. I would highly recommend this company. All the people dealt with were great. Customer service was the bestest.

Very knowledgeable technicians fair pricing always on time
We called at 830pm, Ryan was here by 9, A/C back on at 10. They were straightforward and upfront with pricing. Ryan did an excellent job and had a good idea what was wrong based on my description (I'm fairly handy so I had a good idea of what info he needed). We will definitely be using this company for personal and business needs in the future.
