This Doctor was rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to see him or recommend him
Dr. Kronen was great. He explained my treatment with me so I understood what was going to happen. He is very caring.
I did not feel welcomed nor did I feel that he cared about my son or our time. He did not give indepth information about the surgery and even rolled his eyes when I told him we were told to go the the E.R. after the pediatrician saw the results of the x-ray. We were given a referral to get a cat scan that did not have all the information needed to make an appointment so I have to wait for the office to fix the referral. This was my first visit with him. I hope the second goes better.
Every thing was very professional all things were explained to me and very easily understood

Stated I’ve been attended Occupational therapy for a sufficient amount of time, despite still being injured and not utilizing all allocated sessions. Okay. I’m still injured 4 months later and being released.
The office was clean and very quick.
Dr. Kronen took a very investigative approach to finding a solution to my problem. Step by step. Not rushing to a conclusion.
