Dr Kronen was professional and courteous in his demeanor. He was extremely informative regarding my son's diagnosis tentative treatment plan he was thorough and gave all the possible options. He provided immediate options for possible temporary pain relief and answered all our questions. It was a great experience
Gary clearly knew his stuff as a hand expert. I trusted his judgment and followed his recommendations to the T.

Dr. Kronen was great. He explained my treatment with me so I understood what was going to happen. He is very caring.
I did not feel welcomed nor did I feel that he cared about my son or our time. He did not give indepth information about the surgery and even rolled his eyes when I told him we were told to go the the E.R. after the pediatrician saw the results of the x-ray. We were given a referral to get a cat scan that did not have all the information needed to make an appointment so I have to wait for the office to fix the referral. This was my first visit with him. I hope the second goes better.
