He always got my prescription for lenses (glasses or contacts) just perfectly. We trialed several contacts & he always seemed pleasant. I would definitely recommend him to family & friends. For all of the years that I've seen him, there was only one time where I waited more than 10 mins. That particular time, there was a scheduling mistake & I had to wait for almost an hour, but all other times were great. I felt like he used new, modern equipment to test my vision.
Whereas I like Dr. Eagle and his professionalism I feel he rushes..rushes walking in front of you to the exam room and through the testing making it difficult to ask any questions. Also, the receptionist (I don't want to describe her and come across as rude but she has a unique look) is rude and not welcoming. During my apt appointment last week I walked to the counter and she just looked at me like "yes?.." She didn't ask how she could help or anything and did the same when I checked out.
