Dr. Cortese has always taken very good care of my family members and myself. He staff is very pleasant and caring as well. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but it is worth it.
I waited almost an hour and a half in the waiting room which is small. Then I didn’t even see him but his assistant. She was nice enough. But no reason or apologies for the long wait. Apparently this is the norm. So don’t expect to be seen at your appointment time. Will go somewhere else next time.
Even though he is a nice doctor, be sure you have no other plans for the day as you'll be waiting in either the waiting room or the exam room for awhile, sometimes 1 & 1/2 after your scheduled appointment time.
