We were very disappointed that we were unable to dine at Garwoods because the ADA lift was broken. A member of our party uses a wheelchair and without a working lift, there was no accessible way for us to enter the restaurant. We had planned to eat there, but instead had to leave simply because the accessibility equipment was not functioning. They seated us quickly and though several waitresses came by we waited for about 20 minutes. Another table was seated and was immediately waited on. Neither waitress would help - apparently not their table. I went up and told the bar tender - he didn’t care. When I told him then we are leaving and will just ding them. He said - ding away. So we went to the Wicked Loon. Excellent service - go there. As I’m around here year round, at least I know where to warn people about and avoid future embarrassments.
