In the beginning, they were so nice, but after a couple of months, their tone changed. There was a lack of communication, and as a result, they blamed me for the high invoice, despite repeatedly making mistakes. Unfortunately, I ended up owing them five figures for a 10-minute court appearance and a 5-page document filing. When I said I needed two weeks to make the payment, they dropped me in the middle of the court process.
After a rough 1-2 years with barely seeing my daughter, after hiring Garwood Reeves to help me with my matter I feel a tremendous amount of weight lifted off of my shoulders! My divorce was a very simple, and cookie cutter case. I'm so very disappointed in the lack of communication Frank Terraza and his paralegals had with me throughout this process.
