If you cared about your customers you wouldn't say you provided services that you didn't fulfill. I was told that my carbs were cleaned as I had requested, yet the bike still didn't run after 2 costly trips from VA to NC and back. The bike broke down immediately upon returning home and I was forced to take my bike to a local performance shop that guaranteed me that carb cleaning was NEVER done, AND that all my bike needed was a simple carb float.
