I called Garvin's on a Monday morning and Grayson was at our house that same afternoon! We moved into an older home with a few issues, the biggest one being the primary sink not draining. Grayson was super helpful and knowledgable. He thoroughly (!) explained what he was doing throughout the entire process, making it so that if we wanted to attempt to fix similar issues in the future we're able to do so. Very much appreciate his time and effort!
I had a unique experience. I had a floor drain and shower back up in my basement. It was 9pm when I called Garvin. The call was picked up quickly and the voice at the other end was going to another late night job. He offered to come over when he finished, but I thought it would be after 11pm.
