5/5 stars! Grayson came out to fix a water issue after some construction happened on the floor above my unit, and he did an excellent job. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and even made the process fun to learn about. He also helped install a new garbage disposal and shared some helpful tips about appliance lifespans. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs! 10/10 highly recommend
Was recommended by an industry peer and very disappointed. Was not kept informed on timeframe for tech, lost unneeded hours at work, and a simple water heater replacement took over 7 hours and was quoted at $5k. The tech seemed inexperienced based on some issues along the way but gave his best efforts and was nice to work with. I called Garvin's on a Monday morning and Grayson was at our house that same afternoon! We moved into an older home with a few issues, the biggest one being the primary sink not draining. Grayson was super helpful and knowledgable. He thoroughly (!) explained what he was doing throughout the entire process, making it so that if we wanted to attempt to fix similar issues in the future we're able to do so. Very much appreciate his time and effort!
