Absolutely everything was done right with our service request. To start with, we received an email with our technician Nathan's picture along with some background about him. I've been using Gavin's for many years to keep my drains free of tree roots. They're reliable, honest, and affordable. My last service was completed by Caleb and he was terrific. He was very professional and kept me informed about his progress during the visit. Highly recommended.
Great service. Jon, Seth, and DJ were wonderful. Job was more complicated than originally diagnosed and Garvin’s was most willing to alter their schedules to accommodate my needs. Also a shout out to Jessica at the office who was most friendly considering I bothered her on the phone many times. Great job all.
