We have taken our chihuahua coojo to the clinic from the first day we got him and our previous pets as well. These are probably the nicest most professional animal lovers I know. They took really great care to see to it coojo stayed healthy for as long as he was with us. I’ve never met a more compassionate person than Dr Nibbi and Rose. Coojo actually liked going there!! Thank you all for your compassion and dedication at the end of our beloved coojo’s life.
While the care for my cats seemed up to par (my cats were just spayed today so it’s soon to tell), their customer service is terrible. I called the day before my cats surgery to see if they would fix one of my cats because she was in heat and then I confirmed prices of each service I would be receiving. They failed to mention that if my cat was in heat there would be additional charges. When I brought this to their attention they said I was lying because they never gave me any quotes for pricing. Took our German Shepherd there every time and have been treated great and Bandit has been treated great as well. Definitely recommend!
Everyone was so nice and understanding when I brought my Carlos in. It was recommended that I take him to another facility but that simply wasn't an option for me. He was so sick and i was really scared he wasnt going to pull through. Instead they kept him and did some research. They figured out the problem and about a week later he got to come home. They also let me in and snuggle with him while he stayed there anytime I wanted. I really thought they would.be annoyed but they welcomed me. They have called to check up on him... read more
