Gary built our screened porch 7 years ago. Initially it looked great. However, over the last couple of years the outer frame wood has warped in many places, color has peeled, inside some places wooden boards have separated, and few more things broken. Called Gary couple of times and he said he does not do after sale fixing. Gary gave me Jose's number who then told me he doesn't do that maintenance work anymore who then gave me Reene's number. We love our new screened porch and deck. Gary was straight forward with the entire process. We had some changes and he was accommodating and made recommendations that were spot on. The price was fair and we have been in our screened porch since it was completed. The work crew was fast, cleaned up everyday, and kept is informed of their progress. The workmanship is stellar. I would recommend to anyone!
We had a large deck installed 5 years ago. Gary was nice and they did a very fast job. The deck was nice but the workmanship was bad. They use cheap wood and tons of nails but they where half the price of everyone else, and I couldn’t afford to spend more. In 5 years the deck looks like its 25 years old and I’m in the process of rehabbing it. I’ll be fixing parts little by little for a few years and it’ll end up being rebuilt...lol. You get what you pay for.
We used Garuda Decks to build 12x16 pressure treated deck with underneath storage with lattice work and gate. First the cost was 20% better than two other estimates. The owner prepared estimate and did his best to get our input for contract language. He was very patient in rescheduling the work due to weather and a wet yard.
