Garuda Center is a beautiful place for personal transformation. I’ll always remember a soul-filling day with the “womb-tang” group for Kundalini. And the online food as medicine group with Dr.Chornell was incredibly informative and really helped build a greater foundation for health eating habits. Garuda Center’s current work with men is much needed and a great gift to the community as a whole. We will miss you being in Nanaimo Ren & John!
